Telephonic Survey Reveals Valuable



              Customer Insights





              Kochi Metro Rail Limited conducted a telephonic survey to gain valuable

              insights  into  customer  experiences.  As  of  yet,  13,696  passengers  have
              been contacted. The survey revealed a breakdown of ridership frequency,

              with 25% identifying as regular users, 10% as occasional users, and 49%

              not  responding  to  calls.  Additionally,  6%  of  those  contacted  were
              unavailable in Kochi, 1% were no longer using the metro due to work or

              route changes, and 3% opted for personal vehicles.



              The  survey  also  delved  into  passenger  satisfaction  with  Kochi  Metro

              services.  The  feedback  was  overwhelmingly  positive,  with  a  significant
              portion  of  respondents  expressing  appreciation  for  the  safety  initiatives

              implemented.  Riders  were  also  satisfied  with  aspects  like  comfort  and
              cleanliness, highlighting the effectiveness of KMRL's efforts to provide a

              pleasant travel experience.
