Customer Feedback and Engagement







             Customer care describes how people are handled each time they interact with an
             organization  and  includes  the  variety  of  services  and  activities  that  an

             organization offers to satisfy the requirements and concerns of its clients. It is a

             thorough  strategy  that  emphasizes  establishing  and  preserving  goodwill  with

             clients  before,  during,  and  following  their  interaction  with  KMRL.  In  addition  to

             fixing  problems  such  as  public  complaints  and  suggestions,  responding  to
             questions, providing excellent customer service also entails building client loyalty,

             making sure that customers have a great experience. Kochi Metro customer care

             is always looking for methods to improve customer satisfaction.




             KMRL customer service consistently strives to enhance the client experience by
             providing  answers  to  common  queries  via  emails,  social  media,  WhatsApp

             chatbots and the helpline calls.

             feedback  on  their  Kochi

             Metro travel experience and
             to  inform  them  of  the

             various  offers  that  KMRL
             has  in  store.  Customer

             feedback  calls  provide  a
             plethora     of   measurable

             insights that help determine
             the  various  aspects  of

             system improvement.
