Identifying the new revenue avenues for Kochi Metro, Business Development activities, Preparation of reports/tender documents/business proposals/agreements etc., Managing the entire alternate revenue contracts related with advertising, office/retail/kiosk spaces, land parcels in Kochi Metro, Coordination with various departments for the smooth flow of civil/electrical works, Revenue Collection, etc. Any Other Marketing, Business Development, contract management activities as assigned from time to time.

Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience in planning, design and/or execution of Civil Engineering Structures.
In the case of IRSE officers, out of 17 years of experience, minimum 5 years shall be in structural design and/or construction of Railway/Metro Rail Viaducts/Bridges. For deputationists from Railways, subject to fulfilling other criteria’s, relaxation in experience upto maximum of two years may be considered at the sole discretion of the management.
