Kochi Metro is taking a significant leap forward in operational
efficiency with a new, single-point upload system for train

advertisement videos. This innovative solution tackles the

previously time-consuming process of manually uploading

content to each train.

Traditionally, uploading advertisement videos required a hefty

90 minutes per train. With the new single-point upload system,

this time commitment has been dramatically reduced to under
15 minutes for each upload. This translates to a staggering time

saving of over 45,000 minutes annually across the entire Kochi

Metro fleet. The streamlined process not only frees up valuable
staff time but also allows for greater flexibility in managing

advertisement schedules. This initiative demonstrates Kochi

Metro's commitment to both optimizing internal operations and
creating a more efficient advertising platform for its partners.
