“KMRL is committed to address the grievances of all the stakeholders of Kochi Metro. In its endeavour to ensure transparent and timely redressal of grievances, KMRL has devised grievance redressal mechanisms for the public to address their complaints/feedback/suggestions electronically.

In order to make the process smooth , general public are also advised to visit our Customer Experience Centre “Metro Connect” at JLN Metro Station, Corporate Office, Ground Floor where you can register your complaints instantaneously and also meet the officers responsible for redressal of the comments”.
